Hi, I Am In My Early Sixties & Have No

Hi, I am in my early sixties & have no control over my bladder. I've wet the bed twice & I nerver make it to the toilet at night. I change my p j's 2-3 times a night & don't always make it during the day. My doctor has done a urine test which came back fine. What con be wrong.
