Hi I Am In The Process Of Having An Abortion

Hi I am in the process of having an abortion iv been sent home as the clinic has closed and I hadn't passed the pregnancy in the clinic times. Now I'm home iv been in more pain and noticed I have two red rash type things on my inner thighs. Quite like a lightening rash. It isn't sore but I'm a bit worried. Is this normal?
