Hi, I Am Just Home From The Hospital (one Day)

Hi, I am just home from the hospital (one day) after being treated for 17 days for a blood clot in my left leg. The Drs, nurses and physio all told me to walk at least 1/2 hour per day. I am still in a lot of pain. Our apartment is tiny, and its raining, where do I walk? I know this sounds like I'm trying to shuck walking, but I want to do this! I was sent home with no list of foot/leg exercises to do, nothing. I see my Dr tomorrow. Am I to worried ?
