Hi. I Am Looking For A Name For A Condition

Hi. I am looking for a name for a condition in which my significant other is suffering from. He is currently incarcerated and has been for the last two years and thought perhaps that from nonuse of his penis or having sex on a normal basis could have contributed to this problem. Over the last 8-9 months whenever he starts to get an erection there is pain and his penis is now bent about 1/4 the way down....it wont fully straighten up. Of coarse him being incarcerated the medical care leaves much to be desired!!! So I'm researching for a possible name for this condition so that we can figure out whats going on.
