Hi, I Am Looking For Alternative Medicine For My Esiflo

Hi,
I am looking for alternative medicine for my Esiflo 250 transhaler 120 Metered dosage in South africa.I dont find the same in SA.The one which i have got expired and now i need to inhale since i am getting cough from the last couple of days.I am taking Telkast-L tablets however spray is more effective for me.Please advise.
