Hi I Am Married Women Of Age 29 After A

Hi I am married women of age 29 after a year treatment of pulmonary tb we are now trying to conceive. After treatment had visited gyn did U/G everything was normal and doc asked to take folic acid 5mg a day. since treatment over in these two months period flow was less but cycle has been regular. This month same less flow with foul odour but after periods I am feeling pricking pain for few seconds in lower abdomen which comes and goes. Sometimes feel tingling in breast. What could be the reason for the pain?
