Hi, I am new to this website. I'm 64 y.o. I've had Diabetes Type II since 1996 but it's mainly controlled with oral meds (the prescribed meds are very low dosage) and for the past few days I've been feeling a dull pain in the back of my left leg in the area of my (lumbar spine, femur,) then also in the front area of my left knee (patella), down to my leg (ulna/fibula). I want to know, will swimming in a heated pool help me to control this new pain?
