Hi I Am Not A Regular Drug User Though Iwas

Hi I am not a regular drug user though Iwas in the hospital and had morphine and opiates about 10 weeks ago. I also took MDMA molly of which I don't think was very strong that same week. I smoked weed one time I believe only 1 hit off of a bong about 3 weeks ago. Do you think I will test positive or will it be so minimal that it wouldn't matter
