Hi I Am Not Sure If I'm Pregnant I Got

Hi I am not sure if I'm pregnant I got my mirena taken out on March 16th I was on my period then or it just ended, we had a slip up and took plan b on the 27th and then on April 2nd I was having really weird spotting and dark blood with clots and kinda brown for a few days. I have taken several tests and they are negative. Then on the 3rd my boyfriends condom came off inside me and he ejaculated inside me without realizing the condom was off. I'm having weird stomach feelings and my breasts feel a little sore, could I have gotten pregnant if I was bleeding when that happened or am I just feeling symptoms of my hormones regulating?
