Hi, I Am Not Sure If All Of This Is

Hi, I am not sure if all of this is related or just a coincidence. I quiet smoking about a month ago using the generic wellbuetrin. Lately I have been exhausted the past week going on 2, nothing tastes right, also I have been very hungry and not feeling satisfied. I can not sleep at night up off and on. emotional , and stomach feels bloated & upset. I am not likeing this feeling and think I should start smoking again I am really scared to get on the scale and see if and how much weight I have gained . I am 29 female 5'8 220lbs 3 children.
