Hi I Am Not Sure What To Make Of This

Hi I am not sure what to make of this clear liquid sack underneath the outside corner of my bottem eye lid its been present for two days now I am in Vientnam and 3 days ago a bug flew in my eye I'm assuming it was a mosquito anyways the swelling is kindof unsightly about the size of a pea. so I cant help but mess with it and if I squeeze a little the sac appears to be trying to come out but I worry if push it any harder it may busts or detach imm not really sure what I should do maybe I should just leave it the hell alone?
