Hi I Am Not Sure Where To Begin But I

Hi I am not sure where to begin but I have lost 55 lbs since July 18 2016, I was taking alot of medicine but now i am down to taking 4 prescription drugs. I have fibroma li aga, high blood pressure, fatty liver, stage 3 kidney failure. B 12 deficiency. I have dry eyes, dry mouth alot and now my hair has stopped growing and falling out. I have developed neuropathy in my left foot. I take a b 12 shot 1 every 2 weeks, a probiotic, Vit c with multi b complex vit along with a vit for hair nail and skin all from a Gnc store. I have also been drinking a protein shake every morning. my gra,rdw, red blood count and white blood count are low but I have high mch,mcv as of 10-21-2016 I was just wondering if there could be an underlying cause.I have had my thyroid checked and nothing shows up.Can you offer any advice.
