Hi, I Am Not Sure Whether I Have Vestibular Papillomatosis

Hi, I am not sure whether I have Vestibular papillomatosis or Hymenal remnants. Maybe even both. It's almost extreme and makes me very self conscious. It seems like it has always been like this. It forms around my vagina and urethra. Is there other ways to get rid of it other than surgery? Is it normal? Do you think there are health issues along with it?
