Hi, I Am Not Sure Whether I Have Implantation Bleeding

Hi, I am not sure whether I have implantation bleeding or just my period..So about a week ago my boyfriend and I were rubbing genitals. It happend very briefly for 30 seconds .. He did not ejaculate or insert but a little bit of Precum may have gotten outside on my vulva. This happend April 2nd. I was due for my period April 8 and did get it that day but now I am not sure if it's implantation bleeding or my period. It started as light spotting and got very heavy .. In fact heavier than usual. I changed my pad about 2 times and I wear the super thick heavy duty, I filled the pads up and was close to leaking. When I pee I have blood pouring and dripping into the toilet like usual. The pee and entire toilet is basically red. My blood started brown and now is a bright red. When it's lighter in the day it's a dark pink but when I wipe it looks like normal bright red blood. I also have very bad cramps each month and I had extremely painful cramps since I got it. It seems like a normal period but the only weird or different part is the blood has no odour. Usually on my period I have a strong fishy smell that goes away when I clean but comes back.. Only I can smell it though. I have no odour and flow is a bit lighter on my 2nd day than usual. . How long would I have to bleed to confirm its not implantation bleeding? I heard it lasts 2 days but can last 4 days and be heavy flow and still considered implantation so I'm not sure.. Today it is less heavy but still bright red. My periods always start heavy and this one started super heavy but got light fast
