Hi I Am Now 36 Years Old And I'm Having

Hi I am now 36 years old and I'm having irregular period since 2005 or 06 and in 2007 I was operated of ovarian cyst but according to the doctors who conduct the operation it seems that it was only a simple cyst and even after the operation my period was still irregular and now almost 2 or 3 years I started getting period only twice, thrice or four times a year. Please advice
