Hi, I Am On 100 Mg Of Clomid Days 5-9.

Hi, I am on 100 mg of clomid days 5-9. On day 20 I got a positive OPK in the morning at 7am but at 8am I started to bleed fresh blood and had severe cramping. The positive OPK lasted until day 21. I am on day 23 now and the bleeding is still heavy.
What is the cause of this? It this my period?
