Hi, I Am On Antibiotics For A Kidney Infection, It

Hi, I am on antibiotics for a kidney infection, it feels like it´s giving me a headache, almost as if I was dehydrated even though I´ve been drinking plenty. I have 3 days left on them, but my friend says it´s very dangerous to be on antibiotics that gives you a headache, is there any risk?
