Hi I Am On Ciprilax And Have Recent Done Cocaine

Hi I am on ciprilax and have recent done cocaine for the first time in over 5 years .
I did the cocain on Friday night and it is now Wednesday of the following week . My depression issues have seemed to be very bad this week . I'm wondering if it is because I did cocain . This is the worst week I've had depression wise since I was first prescribed ciprilax over two years ago .
