Hi,
I am on my 3rd day of very watery diarrhea. I feel totally fine, no nausea or vomiting. Every time I eat something I am running to the bathroom shortly after though. I assume this is just a stomach bug.
And...last night I had clear frothy watery diarrhea. I assume that was just because I had nothing left.
Is this probably just a stomach virus?
