Hi I Am On My Fourth Day Of Being On

Hi I am on my fourth day of being on Fenofibrate. For two days now I have been experiencing palpatations and stomach bloating/gas I saw my Gynecologist today and my blood pressure was 154/ 108 which up until now has been under control.I am starting to think it's the Fenofibrate 160mg im on.Upon looking into the side effects online I noticed that it's listed that you should not take if on Metoporol and Diovan HCTZ which I am on both and, my Dr knows this.Should I stop taking this drug?
