Hi, I Am On Tamoxifen For The Last Year And

Hi, I am on tamoxifen for the last year and a half. After having HER2 positive breast cancer, surgery, chemo and radiation. Last period was jan 2014. Woke up today with brown discharge and cramps. And lower back pain. Is this normal as I thought I was in menopause . Hot flushes and no periods??
