Hi I Am Planning For 2nd Child Since Last Year

I am planning for 2nd child since last year Dec
I ave 1 son 10 years old
first pregnancy was ectopic then 2nd son is 10 years and now planning for other child
My husband did his test, i did my thyroid and insulin test all ok
I did die test also to check for fallopian tube it its not block and they found that one tube is block...
I am taking Dimet 850mg bid
Please help me....
Dr told me to make sure u check on your ovulation dates.... my periods are regular but there is different days cycle like 1 month its 32 days then next month 28 then next month its 30..
