Hi, I am pregnant for 6 weeks now. Recently had some bleeding, looked like periods, it lasted for almost a week, at the end of the week the discharge was more like yellow water discharge. i also had a lot of vomiting. consulted a doctor, she prescribed me the following medicines. I want to ask if it is safe to take these medicines or not?

pyridoxine Hydrochloride 50 mg
Prochlorperazine 05
and Vitamin C (cigar ciri)
