Hi I Am Prescribed Both Vyvanse In The Morning And

Hi I am prescribed both vyvanse in the morning and adderol as a buffer when the first medication wears off. My doctor is out of town and nobody else at the office can write it for me. So here I am looking for somewhere to purchase my meds so I won't be off of them until she comes back? Can I do that here?
