Hi , I Am Really Frustated And My Heart Seems

Hi , I am really frustated and my heart seems to be breaking .Its my first pregnancy but i am really not sure about my LMP. I had a sacn which assume by radiologist its 6 week as my utereus is 1.5mm and hadn't found a foetal pole . and had a scan yesterday which shows there was embryo but no heart beat. they said its not viable .i had pinkish discharge clear mucus form on and off with strong smells like some hormone but my urine was clear. I talk to my doctor to come and meet her on tuesday since i had a drop in hcg level recently i am so tensed and dont no what to do they given me choices for both medical and surgical D&C. i STILL WANT TO WAIT I DONT KNOW WHETHER MY DECISION IS WRONG OR RIGHT .
