Hi, I Am Sitting At My Computer And Am Experiencing

Hi,

I am sitting at my computer and am experiencing hand tremors, sweating and slight dizziness. I am not feeling particularly nervous or excited, and have been sitting basically all day. I am a healthy young adult.

Is it probably just a fall in blood glucose and I need to eat something?
