Hi I am sixteen I just turned sixteen on Dec21-15 and I realized my penis hasn't growed, its 5'5inch hard and like 4inch flaccid and I was wondering when will it grow bigger , so I was wondering if I could try jelqing exercises but what should I do, and by the way I'm an African American and I heard we have really big penises and I was wondering why mine is not huge at my age
