I am soniya sharma. i have painfull periods all the 6 days. i had been consult the doctors also about this problem. but they told me to take medicines. and i don't want to take medicine any more. now i was looking for hempushpa or ashokaristha syrup. i am now of 24 and unmarried also. please suggest which syrup will help me out.
