Hi I Am Starting To Get A Cold But It

Hi I am starting to get a cold but it also effects my mild asthma. I have stuffy runny sinus and am also very short of breath and need my inhaler a lot. It is hard to walk up stairs, I am very healthy and active , not overweight and exercise every day. In the past I have had to have the machine in haler treatment at the urgent care or hospital. I am wondering of the cold. At what point to I go for that treatment?
