Hi, I Am Status Post Severe Auto Accident With Head

Hi, I am status post severe auto accident with head and neck injury. The following month my auto was rear ended. It is following this accident that I felt a neck Twinge. Following day had increasing neck pain that dissipated over time ( 1 week). Then, my upper neck below the occipital area of head began to have loud popping intermittent followed by dizziness. ENT could not find anything. Awaiting a Neurologic exam/
