Hi, I Am Still Having Burn On My Penis Tip.

Hi,

I am still having burn on my penis tip. I can feel the irritation now and when I squeeze the penis head or tip... It does not hurt when I pee or ejactulate... But it is mentally messing with my head.. I was tested for a STD and I got Trich but that got treated and when I went back i was tested negative for all STD. Is it possible that I still have an UTI. And not know it.. Lastly they prescribe Mupirocin and it seem not to work because my pain is coming right inside the penis head... Can somebody anybody help me please????
