Hi, I Am Suffering From AVN Of The Talus Bone.

Hi, I am suffering from AVN of the talus bone. I have been seeing a PM doctor over 5yrs. I have never failed a dug test. Last month I ran out of my percocet 15mg. My friend offered me a methadone 10mg. Hesitantly I took it. Needless to say I am in fear that I failed my test. How can I explain this to my Dr so she does not discharge me.
