Hi, I Am Suffering From A Severe Cough With Lots

Hi, I am suffering from a severe cough with lots of mucus. I am on the last day of a week of steroids and antibiotics, but I'm worse than I was. I cannot lay flat or even reclined, I have to run vaporizers constantly to even begin to breathe. I am exhausted. I have had only a few lower grade temperatures, 100- 100.6 but my normal temp range is 96.5-97.1 so anything that high is huge for me. My question is, of the possible culprits causing this mayhem, what are the treatments left considering whatever this is has not responded to steroids or antibiotics, and should I be concerned enough to go back to urgent care in the morning? I'm worried I'll be exposing myself further to flu or worse (I've never had the flu) and I don't want to risk bringing anything else home to my kids. I have three, two of them under 5, one asthmatic. I need help, but not if it's only likely to make things worse. Thank you!
