Hi I Am Suffering From Arthritis In My Right Knee,

Hi
I am suffering from arthritis in my right knee, back and my neck. I am taking Tramal for the pain and Naprosin for the inflamation. My knee can be extremely painful. I usually take 2 Tramal a day, one in the morning and one at night. I also take 2 Naprosin as wel,l one in the morning and one at night. Yesterday I had so much pain in my knee I ended up taking 4 Tramal over the course of the day and the pain still did not go away. During the night I developed pins and needles in my right knee and in my right hand. Is this a problem?
I have had x-rays and an MRI and I have quite a bit of bone degeneration in my right and left knee. I saw an Orthopedic surgeon and he said that I am not bad enough for a knee replacement and he would not do an Arthroscopy as he said they didn't work. I will be seeing my GP on Tuesday to ask what else I can do for the pain as it can be quite severe at times.
Thanks
Dorothy
