Hi, I Am Suffering From Eye Infection Past 2 Weeks

Hi, I am suffering from eye infection past 2 weeks and there is wrinkle type or dry skin just under my eye and also its itching . I tried using lacto calamine or glycerene but in a day or two that dryness is occurred again.
Can you pls guide us what is this infection and what should we apply for this.
