Hi. I Am Suffering From Food Poisoning From Last 10

Hi. I am suffering from food poisoning from last 10 days. I am unable to digest any kind of food due to which I am suffering from loose motion and dehydration. Currently I am taking a medicine named Lomotil 2.5 mg (Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride BP and Atropine Sulpahte Ph. Eur.) But the medicine is not working for mE. Kinddly suggest me any remedie.
