Hi I Am Suffering From Irregular Periods, While I Went

Hi
I am suffering from irregular periods, while I went to the doctor before 6 months they given medicine for getting period and with that follwing given medicine for ovaluation. When I took that medicine it was good for 2 months and again now the same problem persists. Now I got ultrasound scan its is showing pcos endometrium is 6.1mm. no thyroid also.
So can you give me the best suggestion for treatment and to get concieve.
