I am suffering from the nasal congestion from last five years I have used nasal spray Atrovin for years continue now the sprays and alkaline water do not relive me .Doctor told me that bone needs to b removed I feel more breathing problems during night my nasal secretions pass backward through throat passage plz suggest me what to do can it effect heartbeat
