Hi , I Am Suffering With PCOD From Past 2

Hi , I am suffering with PCOD from past 2 yrs nd from last 2 months I have a problem of irregular periods.My doctor asked me to gave registrone for 5 days nd after that I got periods.However this mnth also I dont have periods.Wat should I do?
Gained lot of wait in abdominal area , doing night shifts , feel very stressed, loosing my confidence.plz help
