Hi, I Am Taking Ovacare And MCBM From Last 5

Hi, I am taking Ovacare and MCBM from last 5 months. I always had a painful periods. But the time I have started taking these tablets I have unusual periods pattern. I have clots and very scanty period for 3 days and have cramps and pain. From 3rd day evening I start heavy bleeding. Please let me know what can be the reason.
