Hi, I Am Taking Paroxetine 20 Mg Per Night. I

Hi,
I am taking Paroxetine 20 mg per night. I am recently having issue with my neck. It is paining a lot and i am thinking what to take. i took ibuprofen 200 Mg thrice for last 2 days. I just read on internet that it is not safe to take it. I am wondering if i can take Tylenol instead.
