I am taking Telma AM regularly at night and Amodep AT with minipress 2.5 mg in the morning as prescribed by the doctor since last 3 years after being treated for nose bleeding. Find no sign of side effects. I am 50 years, going regular Gym and heavy weight lifter. My weight 93 kg with BMI 29. I do not smoke, neither take tobaccos but occassional drinker.
My BP fluctuates from 160/95 to 125/ 75. should I continue or reduce dosage? please advice.
