Hi I Am Taking Zosert 100 Mg From Past 6

Hi I am taking Zosert 100 mg from past 6 months. I was advised by the doctor to take this because of some chemical changes in neurons - I started having some discomfort in my brain but after taking Zosert I feel better and can concentrate better. But if I don't take the tablets for couple of days, I start having the discomfort again. Doctor told me that my condition is not physcology but neurological and not a serious one. I feel that I am having sexual problems after started taking this tablet, its also stated that unable to have sexual desire is one of the side effects. I want to know whether these tablets are needed to be taken for a long time and if my condition can improve ? Note: When I say I feel discomfort, my eyes becomes heavy and feel I am over stressed(but I am not stressed with anything) unable to concentrate on work. Also, I dont have any mental tension. I have recently got married.
