Hi I Am Taking Chantix And Have Severe Rash On

Hi I am taking chantix and have severe rash on my hands also some on my face, I only take half the dose, am wondering if I have to give it up as it has been successful otherwise. I started taking it at Easter & got rash about 4 weeks later, have only just realized the connection after trying everything to resolve rash '
