Hi, I Am Taking Metformin 500mg X2 A Day But

Hi, I am taking metformin 500mg x2 a day but i am feeling very tiered and have cold hands to the point where it is painful is this normal side effects or should i be worried.
also i am going traveling and need to take travel sickness tablets called stugeron , is this ok to be taken with the metformin tablets?
I was put on metformin to help me get pregnant as i have polycystic ovaries i also have under-active thyroid which i am on tablets for. I am 26 years old.
