Hi, I Am Taking One 20mg Prenisone Tab And Two

Hi, I am taking one 20mg prenisone tab and two Lialda 1.2mg tabs once day for crohns/colitis in the morning. After eating lunch today, I drank a sip of green tea, my mouth started watering, I felt a little nauseated and my hands felt shaky. The feeling lasted for about a half hour. I have felt this way on two other occasions. should I be concern? The drink was open in the refrigerator over night, but the cap was on the bottle. I have notice on the two other occasions. It happened after drinking a sip of bottled water.
