Hi I Am Taking Testo Gel And Have Low Iron

Hi I am taking testo gel and have low iron my doctors started me on iron
Supplyments which caused me to have razed hemoglobin so I was referred to hemotolgist who said by taking testgol and iron together is like putting petrol on afire so told me to stop taking iron tablets disregard my iron level because testgol increase hemoglobin
My question is is that correct
