Hi I Am Trying For A Baby With My Husband

Hi I am trying for a baby with my husband but have really irregular periods. I never suffer with bleeding in between periods except once before when I was pregnant ( unfortunately miscarried) I had sex with my husband and after had a small amount of brown discharge the second time a few days later we had sex and had almost filled a pad with brown discharge.. today I notice brown discharge on my liner ( a very small amount) and when I wipe.. is this something to be concerned about?
