Hi I am trying to fall pregnant my ultrasound came back and says findings: normal volume anterverted uterus with a normal endometrial echo with endometrial thickness of 6mm. a trace of fluid within the endocervical canal of questionable significance. Dominant 16mm left ovarian follicle and several small folicles. Is this good report or bad ?
