Hi. I am two days late on my period and have had unprotected sex in the past week multiple times. My breasts have become tender around the due date of my period and my discharge has become thicker and white. Is there a chance of me being pregnant? Are these early signs? When would a good time be to take a pregnancy test? Asap or wait until I'm a week late on my period?

I am 18 and will have to have an abortion in I'm pregnant. Which is not what I wanted to happen, so this situation I'm in today has taught me to be more careful and use protection. I'm very embarrassed and feel like I can't talk to relatives about this. Are abortion pills hard to get and what are the procedures?
